Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 

  • Responsible and accountable for Data Analytics & AI road-map for assigned area(s), such as Revenue, Customer, Operations, etc.
  • Conduct cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities & gaps
  • Identify opportunities and business problems where Data Analytics & AI can add tremendous business value or enable transformative capabilities.
  • Size the business problems (cost, resource, timeline & value perspective)
  • Assess feasibility from process, org, data, technology & modeling perspective
  • Secure buy-in from stakeholders (e.g., business, IT, leadership, finance, shared services)
  • Develop business cases, ensure funding and support
  • Define and track success criteria & metrics, as well as the corresponding value measurement approach
  • Develop high-level data instrumentation plans to ensure success
  • Establish high-level data exploration plans to identify opportunities and assess impact




Qualifications:
 

  • M.S./MBA with experience of 7-10 yrs for Partner level; 10-15 years for Sr. Partner level; 15+ for Lead Partner level
  • Advanced degree in science or engineering valuable
  • 7+ years work experience; prefer 10+ years with expertise in one or more relevant domains, and in a lead or strategy role in a large corporation or in a consulting company in a similar capacity. Relevant domains include
    • Marketing analytics; Pricing or Revenue analytics; Customer analytics; Sales analytics; Call Center analytics; People/HR analytics; workforce analytics; operational analytics preferably in the hospitality/travel industry; Decision Sciences
  • Highly analytical, great problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of DS, DE, SE, process, and what is feasible
  • Ability to assess and estimate cost, effort, timeline, feasibility, risk, business value for identified opportunities
  • Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders as well as technical teams
  • Excellent Consulting, presentation skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Product Management & Vendor Management skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, shared services teams indirectly
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize
