• Cold call candidates to offer them a new opportunity
• Perform recruiting responsibilities that consist of sourcing, screening, interview, checking references, negotiating comp
• Manage ATS database to ensure candidates are properly tracked and updated
• Maintain a full pipeline of candidates
• Handle the negotiation of the candidate’s salary
• Reach passive candidates using creative forms of communication
• Use online platforms such at Dice, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, etc.
• Evaluate candidate skills and abilities relative to meet their expectations and experience levels
